Baroque Shards

Red-tinted glass, cast in a mold reproducing a baroque ornamental motif - arabesques and interlacing - then deliberately fragmented once cooled. The break reveals the pattern's internal cuts, normally invisible on a whole piece.

The fragments are worn and displayed as jewellery rather than restored to a whole piece, each one keeping a different edge from where it broke.
